The group's principal activity is the ownership, operation and franchise of casual dining restaurants under the name of champps Americana. On 28-Mar-2004, the group owned and operated fourty-seven restaurants in twenty one states and had twelve restaurants operating under franchise. The restaurants seat 217 to 360 guests and offer appetizers, main plate salads, sandwiches, specialty burgers and entree selections in traditional American style as well as in a variety of ethnic cuisine. They are built with multiple levels and elements such as Italian tile, slate style floors and wood accents. The restaurants are primarily located in commercial areas, residential housing and high traffic areas, shopping malls and multi-screen movie theaters.
