These services are provided through three divisions: business solutions, benefits and insurance and national practices. Under business solutions, it offers service in tax planning and preparation, cash flow management, federal, state and local tax return preparation. Under benefits and insurance division, it offers service in employee benefits, insurance brokerage and group life insurance programs. Under national practices, it offers service in payroll processing and administration, tangible and intangible assets and financial securities. In 2003, it acquired resourceone benefits, martynec & deering, cpa, benecor, inc and harborview partners. In 2004, it also acquired the cleveland solutions group and brockmann armour & co.
