The group's principal activities are to design, construct and operate leisure-oriented, amenity-rich master-planned communities. It designs, sells and builds single- and multi-family homes serving move-up, pre-retirement and retirement home buyers. The group also designs, sells and builds luxury residential towers targeting affluent, leisure-oriented home purchasers. On 31-Dec-2003, the group had 30 master-planned communities under development. On 24-May-2004 the group acquired spectrum communities.
