The group currently has two investments, one in a wholly owned subsidiary called celerity systems, inc., a Nevada corporation and the other a minority interest in yorkville advisors management, llc. Prior to 02-Jun-2003, the group's principal activity was to design, develop, integrate, install, operate and support interactive video services hardware and software systems. On 02-Jun-2003, the group elected to become a business development company ("Bdc") that is regulated under the investment company act of 1940, as amended.
