Its products are focused on two areas: fax and integrated messaging products including a range of software enhancements and print servers. The group's products include faxpress, an integrated hardware/software network faxing solution, officedirect, an integrated fax/email messaging system, infopress, an enterprise-level fax-on-demand software product and lanpress print servers. The products are marketed in 40 foreign countries through 50 international distributors through a two-tier, domestic and international distribution network. The customers include value-added resellers, system integrators, e-commerce retailers and other resellers in the United States, Europe and the Pacific Rim.
