Business Information
The group's principal activities are the exploration, development and production of natural gas and crude oil. The operations are currently conducted on proven oil and gas producing trends along the gulf coast, primarily in Texas and Louisiana in the miocene, wilcox, frio and vicksburg trends. The group other interests include properties in east Texas, a coalbed methane investment in the rocky mountains and, recently, the barnett shale trend in north Texas. The group has acquired licenses for over 8,700 square miles of 3-D seismic data for processing and evaluation. As on 31-Dec-2003, the group operated 94 producing oil and natural gas wells.
