The group's principal activity is to explore gold and other minerals from its properties. The group owns rights to property located in the California mining district, lake county, Colorado and in the state of sonora, Mexico. The group has not generated any revenues from exploration activities during the fiscal year 2003 except for interest income from investments in securities. The group's mining activities are substantially performed in Mexico.
