The group's principal activities are to explore, acquire, develop and mine precious metals and other mineral properties. The group's mining operations include all phases from early stage exploration, exploration drilling, development drilling, feasibility studies and permitting, through construction, operation and final closure of mining properties. The group has gold production operations in the western United States and conducts exploration activities in the search for additional valuable mineral properties in the western United States and in a number of areas in Latin America and Africa. During 2003, the group sold its gold produce primarily to standard bank london limited and it's silver produce to metalor usa refining corporation.
