The group's principal activity is the operation of a casual dining restaurant chain in the premium pizza segment. The restaurants feature an exhibition style kitchen centered on an open-flame oven and serve traditional, American-style, tomato sauce-based pizzas or authentic, Italian-style neapolitan pizzas. They include premium pizzas like bbq chicken pizza, philly cheesesteak pizza, grilled garlic shrimp pizza, jamaican jerk chicken pizza, caramelized pear and gorgonzola pizza. The restaurants also serve pastas, salads, soups, appetizers and desserts.
