The power electronics division: manufactures dc to dc converters, custom, standard and modified standard embedded high frequency ac to dc switching power supplies and magnetics. The motive power division: markets systems and individual components to power, monitor and test the batteries used in vehicles. The group's products are marketed through trademarks such as c&d(R), dynasty(R) and liberty(r). It operates in the United States and other countries. In fiscal 2004, the group acquired celab limited and datel holding corporation and its subsidiaries.
