Cvd is a process that passes a gaseous compound over a target material surface that is heated to such a degree that the compound decomposes and deposits a desired layer onto substrate material. The group also provides semiconductor equipment consulting and refurbishing services. The customers include semiconductor, telecommunications and computer companies.
