As a holding company for the county national bank, the group accepts checking, savings, time and deposit accounts and offers real estate, commercial, industrial, residential and consumer loans and other specialized services. The services include the administration of trusts and estates, retirement plans and other employee benefit plans. Through the county reinsurance company, the group provides accidental death and disability and life insurance as a part of lending relationships of the county national bank. It purchases, holds and manages investments through the other non-banking subsidiary, the cnb investment corporation. The group has 18 full service branch offices, 2 limited service branch facility and 2 loan production offices in Pennsylvania. The market consists of the Pennsylvania counties of clearfield, elk, mckean cambria and cameron.
