The group's principal activity is to own and operate a retail golf and tennis sporting goods store in las vegas. The store sells golf and tennis equipment such as clubs, golf and tennis shoes, caps, tees, rackets, apparel and other merchandise. These products are sold at a discount compared to prices in other golf and tennis shops. The group also manages and operates family and sports oriented theme park under the name all-american sportpark and operates golf centers. The group owned and operated one retail golf store in las vegas, Nevada and owned approximately 63% of the outstanding shares of common stock and 100% of the convertible preferred stock of all-american sportpark, inc. The group has disposed all the operating businesses.
