The group's principal activities are to provide financing and leasing products and advisory services to companies in more than 30 industries, including manufacturing, retailing, transportation, aerospace, construction, technology and communication. These services include vendor financing, factoring, equipment and transportation financing, small business administration loans and asset-based lending. Customers range from homeowners to small businesses to many of the worlds' largest and most respected multinational corporations. Primarily based in North America, the group also has offices in Europe, latin and South America and the Pacific Rim. The group operates through four business segments: capital finance, commercial finance, equipment finance and specialty finance.
