In fiscal 2003, the group acquired inspire insurance solutions inc, underwriters adjustment bureau ltd, cornerstone project management group inc., rapid application developers inc., projexpert and cognicase inc. Management of it and business functions accounted for 72% of fiscal 2002 revenues and systems integration and consulting, 28%.
