Boston Private Bank provides banking, investment, automated teller machine and fiduciary products and services to high net worth individuals, their families and businesses. Borel offers banking services including demand, savings and time deposits and making commercial, real estate and consumer loans. Westfield, BVPI and Sand Hill provide investment management services. Rinet provides fee-only financial planning, tax planning and investment management services to high net worth individuals and their families. The group acquired Dalton, Greiner, Hartman, Maher & Co, LLC on 06-Feb-2004 and First State Bancorp on 17-Feb-2004.
