The group also provides after aftermarket service and support, including spare parts, equipment upgrades, maintenance services and customer training. The group has joint venture with sumitomo heavy industries ltd in Japan that licenses ion implantation technology and manufactures and sells the products in Japan. Products of the group are sold in the United States, Taiwan, South Korea, China, Israel, Germany, Singapore, and Italy.
