The group operates through three segments namely established communities, other stabilized communities and development/redevelopment communities. The group operates 151 apartments containing 43,533 homes in 10 states and 2,381 apartment homes under reconstruction in the United States. Of the total revenue in the year 2006, the established communities segment accounted for $560,200, other stabilized communities $93,878 and development/redevelopment communities $76,356 (thousands).
