The services of the group are classified into three segments: food and support services, uniform and career apparel and educational resources. The food and support services include food, refreshment, specialized dietary and support services to businesses, educational, governmental and healthcare institutions. Under uniform and career apparel segment the group rents, sells, cleans, maintains and delivers uniform and career apparel to customers. The educational resource services include infant, toddler, pre-school and school-age learning programs. On 19-Sep-2003, the group acquired restauracion colectiva and rescot. During the year 2004 the group acquired catering alliance in United Kingdom. On 04-Aug-2004, the group acquired 90% of bright China service industries.
