The group's principal activity is to provide retail-banking services. These services include accepting demand, savings and time deposits, money market accounts, originating secured and unsecured loans, mortgage loans, safe deposit boxes, holiday club accounts, collection services, money orders and traveler's checks. Lending and other financial services consist of real estate-mortgage loans, short and medium-term loans, revolving credit arrangements, lines of credit, inventory and accounts receivable financing, real estate-construction loans, business savings accounts, certificates of deposit, wire transfers, night depository and lock box services. The operations are conducted through 23 banking locations in 6 counties of Pennsylvania. The group also operates 27 automated bank teller machines through its 24-hour banking network.
