The group's principal activities are to own, operate and manage various senior living communities throughout the United States. These communities provide independent living, assisted living and skilled nursing services. They also provide specialized care programs for residents with alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia. The group currently operates 65 senior living communities in 14 states with an aggregate capacity for approximately 14,500 residents. It currently owns 19 communities, leases 41 communities, and manages 5 communities.
