These services are provided through its wholly owned subsidiaries: independence American insurance company, independencecare, risk assessment strategies and voorhees risk management llc. Prior to acquiring the insurance operations on Nov 14, 2002, it was a holding company engaged in providing Internet services through its subsidiary companies. In Feb 2003, the group acquired 80% interest in voorhees risk management llc.
