The group's principal activities are to provide medical, physical therapy and chiropractic services through primary care medical clinics and chiropractic clinics. The services offered include chiropractic, neuro-muscular diagnostic, physical therapy and rehabilitative services. Other services of the group include urgent care and diagnostic testing. As on 31-Sep-2003 the group owned and operated 13 clinics. Of these, twelve are primary care clinics, of which two are medical clinics and ten are chiropractic clinics. The clinics are located in Texas and Louisiana. The chiropractic services are based on preventative treatment and treatment of the nerve system and body structure, such as the spinal column. The group depends upon third party payers for reimbursement of approximately 98% of patient services.
