The group's principal activities are divided into three industry segments: minerals, environmental and transportation. The minerals segment mines, processes and distributes clays and products with similar applications to various industrial and consumer markets. The environmental segment processes and distributes clays and products with similar applications for use as a moisture barrier in commercial construction, landfill liners and in a variety of other industrial and commercial applications. The transportation segment includes a long haul trucking business and a freight brokerage business, which provide services to both the group's plants and outside customers.
