The group's principal activity is to provide airline service to the customers. It provides advance seat assignments, food and beverage service and other amenities required by the customers. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of Alaska air group, inc. The group serves 39 cities in six western states, Canada and seven cities in Mexico. The group also provides non-stop service between anchorage and Chicago, seattle and four eastern cities and seattle and Washington D.C.
