The group's principal activities are to provide overnight air cargo services, aircraft parts, engine overhaul management and component repair services and aviation ground support equipment products. The group operates in two segments. Overnight air cargo segment provides small package airfreight delivery services on a contract basis throughout the eastern half of the United States, Canada, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands. Ground equipment segment manufactures, sells and provides services and supports aircraft devices including model aircraft deicers and scissor-lift ground support equipment. Aircraft maintenance and parts and other related services are provided to the commercial and military aviation industries. The group's air cargo service is provided exclusively to Federal Express Corporation.
