The group owns certain patents covering the automated establishment of loans and other financial accounts. Due to capital constraints, the group has suspended all efforts to further develop, market and operate these products and services. The company's last processing contract terminated in late 2002, and the company has no plans in the near term to engage in further sales or other activities related to its products or services, other than to license the patents that it owns.
