The group's principal activities are to design, manufacture and market a variety of electromechanical equipment. The group's products are used in handling and testing of semiconductor and passive electronic devices, such as integrated circuits and discrete electronic components. The group's operations are conducted through three business segments: test handler products, reliability test equipment and semiconductor automation products. Test handler products facilitates automated handling of ics and discrete electronic components during production test cycles. This segment also offers change kits that enhance performance of installed equipment. Reliability test equipment segment provides structural performance data in evaluation and improvement of ic designs and manufacturing process. Semiconductor automation segment sells automation products to OEMs.
