The group's principal activities are to acquire, develop and produce natural gas and oil properties. The operations are carried out in the outer continental shelf of the gulf of Mexico, in the shallow-deep waters of the gulf of Mexico and in the southern gas basin of the north sea. The group develops properties with proved undeveloped reserves that are economically attractive but are not strategic to major oil and gas companies. On 31-Dec-2003, the group had leasehold and other interests in 50 offshore blocks, 26 platforms and 62 wells, including six subsea wells. The group had net proved reserves of 303 billion cubic feet of equivalent of natural gas and oil.
