Yati is Director for OmniTouch Indonesia and a Certified Associate of ICMI. Her areas of expertise include Contact Center Management, Customer Relationship Management and Process and Strategic Quality Management gained over 20 years in the banking, consumer retailing and advertising industries. Yati has overall responsibility for providing high caliber solutions to the Indonesian Call Center industry through OmniTouch’s training, education, customer research and consulting services. Prior to joining OmniTouch, Yati was the Total Quality and Customer Service Director for Citibank Consumer Bank in Indonesia. She also spent 6 years leading its Contact Center, where she oversaw and executed strategic initiatives including consolidation, relocation and expansion of the Contact Center. |
