Mr. YP Sahni has 30 years of experience in consulting and assisting Indian Companies in Organization Building and IT Strategy. Mr. Sahni is rightly considered as one of the leading leaders of IT industry in India and was one of the Founder Member of Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) for over 25years. As as President & COO with TCS, he was responsible for supervising the Management consulting part of the business and headed several large management consulting assignments. He was also responsible for Organization Development, Strategic Planning for new businesses and managing high level relationships and business development both in International and Domestic markets. Mr. Sahni also actively involved in setting up international alliance and partnerships and has remarkable experience in dealing with Organization and cultural issues in Acquisition and Merger situations. Mr. Sahni holds an honors degree in Mathematics and Masters in Applied Statistics. He attended the ISMP program at Harvard Business School in summer 1991 and is a fellow member of Institute of Management Consultants of India (IMCI). |
