Dr. Yaron Simler joined Scopus in August 2005 as its President and a member of its Board of Directors. A veteran of cable and satellite industries Dr. Simler brings to Scopus immeasurable knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the industry as well as a significant and intimate familiarity with the American and worldwide markets.
Prior to Scopus Dr. Simler was with Harmonic Inc where he served as President of Harmonic Convergent Systems Division. In his 13 years with Harmonic he held several positions including Applications Engineer International Sales Manager Director of Applications and Technology and Vice President of Marketing.
Dr. Simler received his Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of California Berkeley. He is named on one patent. |
