Mr. Waks joined Kenyon & Kenyon as an associate in the Fall of 2003. His practice focuses on patent and trademark litigation with an emphasis in the mechanical and chemical arts.
During and immediately following his education at Rice University, Mr. Waks worked for a civil engineering firm in Houston, TX. There he performed flow drainage and flow calculations, as well as worked with city officials to obtain construction and development permits. During law school, he worked as a law clerk for a judge in the 55th District Court of Harris County, TX.
