Yang Jinzhong, aged 55, joined the Company in August 2000 and is a Director and the Chair-man of the Trade Union of the Company. Mr. Yang graduated from the Harbin Institute of Elec-trical Technology(? ? ?????) and is an engineer. He has more than 30 years of expe-rience in the railway industry. He had served in various managerial positions in Wuhan Rail-way Sub- administration. From August 2000 to April 2005, Mr. Yang served as the stationmast-er of the Shenzhen North Railway Station, the manager of the Transportation Department of t-he Company and the stationmaster of the Shenzhen Railway Station. Since April 2005 he has b-een Chairman of the Trade Union of the Company; since March 2006 he has been vice secretary
