Yancy Rivera is Duran HCP's Technical Recruiter focusing on contingency recruiting and Executive searches. Yancy recently joined the Company in October 2007 and previously held the role of Mobile Solution's Market Director where he recruited, built, managed and trained world-class sales teams.

His eight years of experience in the Wireless Sales industry include effective leadership development, strong client management relationships, and successful partnership with customers across the country to drive unyielding results.

From 1997 to 2003, Yancy served honorably as a Corporal in the United States Marine Corps. He was a Marine Corps Martial Arts Program

Instructor and a Veteran of the 2nd Gulf War. Yancy is also an avid chess player and Sourcer, and enjoys playing basketball.
