Ms. Yan Chen holds the title of Executive Vice President and Managing Director, and is responsible for daily and strategic management of the investment banking business in the Greater China Areas, government and public relations, and for supervising and assisting large i-bank projects. Ms. Chen has over 17 years of international finance management experience. She gained strong leadership from her accounting experience in No. 5 Ministry of Machine Industries of PRC, Senior Project Manager in the Financial Division of CITIC, Executive Vice President and Financial Representative to Europe and the Americas of NORINCO, General Manager (China) and Controller of International Institute for Learning, Inc. She also participated in establishing, financing and managing subsidiaries with over $100 million in total for the aforementioned international conglomerates. She is also well connected with Wall Street and senior-level government officials, as well as financial professionals in China. |
