Yaffa Krindel was appointed to the Board of Syneron in November 2005. Ms. Krindel is a Partner and Investment Manager of Star Ventures one of Israel's largest venture capital funds where she has made investments in IT and medical device companies in Israel. Ms Krindel has served as CFO and VP Finance in two Israeli technology companies and as Corporate Treasurer in one of Israel's largest chemical producers. Ms. Krindel currently serves on the board of directors of one other publically traded company Fundtech as well as privately held start ups including Broadlight Inc. Siano Mobile Communications Negevtech and OrSense Ltd.
