Mr. Xiaoping Wang, aged 48, has held the positions of independent director and member of the Company's Audit Committee since January 5, 2007 and the position of member of the Company's Compensation Committee since January 5, 2007. Mr. Wang is now the Dean, Professor and Doctoral Tutor of School of Economics, Jiangxi University of Finance and Economics. He is also holding positions of Independent Director of Jiangxi Ganneng Co., Ltd, Director of Association of Foreign Economics Studies in China, Vice Chairman of Youth Association of Social Science of Jiangxi Province, Managing Director of Association of Economics Studies, Jiangxi Province, and Fellow Researcher of Advisory and Consulting Committee of Jiangxi Provincial Government. |
