Xianfu Zhu. Mr. Zhu became our Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer in January 2006. Mr. Zhu was a founder of our subsidiary, Henan Zhongpin Food Share Co., Ltd., in 1993 and has served as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Henan Zhongpin since its inception.
