Xavier Quenaudon has been with CFI Group since 1992. During his tenure at CFI Group, he has consulted with over 40 clients in a wide range of industries, for both consumer and business-to-business programs of domestic and international scope. His most recent consulting assignments include Yahoo!, ServiceMaster, AAFES, Domino’s Pizza, Société Générale (France), Autoliv, and Lafarge (France), and, in the telecommunications industry, a variety of clients such as One 2 One (UK), SFR (France), Cable & Wireless (West Indies/Caribbean), BATELCO (Bahrain), and NORTEL Networks. Some of Xavier's main consulting assignments have consisted of: Design and implementation of Worldwide Customer Value Research Program for a major telecommunications equipment manufacturer Customer and Associate Satisfaction Programs for 2 major US retailers Customer and Employee Satisfaction Programs for a major home services corporation (over 700 locations) Customer Satisfaction Program for a prescription drug manufacturer, among various constituencies (physicians, patients, pharmacy directors, HMOs, etc.) Previous and current assignments for Xavier within CFI Group also include the opening and development of its Paris office and providing internal support to CFI Group’s other new offices.Xavier started his career as a Regional Sales Manager in Paris, France, for EXXON. He later moved on to the Advertising Department where he developed and managed local and national promotional programs for the sales force. He also worked in Financial Marketing for BANQUE HERVET (a regional French bank entering the Parisian market) where he managed a variety of Direct Marketing projects, before moving to the United States where he has lived since 1988. |
