Xavier Jaspar is a respected transactional attorney whose work is primarily focused on issues of mergers and acquisitions and private equity. Xavier's practice concentrates on restructurings of groups of companies; business acquisitions and sales; corporate mergers; and leveraged buy-outs (LBOs) and leveraged management buy-outs (LMBOs) involving both listed and unlisted companies.
Currently, Xavier provides exclusive or quasi-exclusive assistance to several investment funds within the scope of issuing and raising new funds. He also advises client funds concerning LBOs, acquisitions and sales, and within the last several years, he has been involved in most of the largest LMBOs in France, including Matéris, Terreal and Cégelec. Xavier's legal acumen and his strategic business understanding have been recognized by clients and professional observers alike.
