Wylie Greig joins Granite Peak Partners' Advisory Board following his retirement from Deustche Bank in early 2005. While there, he oversaw real estate research groups in the United States, Europe and Australia for DB Real Estate, the real estate asset management arm of Deutsche Bank, formerly RREEF. He also sat on the firm's Global Advisory Team which directed the company's worldwide operations. DB Real Estate is the real estate asset management arm of Deutsche Bank. It is the largest real estate advisory firm in the world with more than $40 billion in assets under management. Wylie Greig has been a land use economist and market analyst for over 20 years, addressing economic, demographic, social, business, and technology issues and their impact on real estate markets in the U.S. and worldwide. Prior to joining DB Real Estate, Mr. Greig directed real estate research for RREEF, a major U.S. pension fund advisor, which was acquired by Deutsche Bank in 2002. Mr. Greig continues to take an active role in real estate advisory. In addition to his current post on the Granite Peak Partners' Advisory Board, Wylie Greig is the senior US advisor to the London-based Investment Property Databank, the leading global provider of real estate benchmarks and market indices. Greig also chairs the National Council of Real Estate Investment Fiduciaries' (NCREIF) Fund Oversight Committee and the Research Committee for the Pension Real Estate Association (PREA).
