W.F. Woody McCasland of Horseshoe Bay is managing director of Highland Lakes Bank and previously served as president and chief executive officer. He is owner of Kingsland Insurance Agency and a founding member of the Tributary League, which supports the Colorado River Foundation. McCasland previously served on the LCRA Lake LBJ Advisory Panel and the Buchanan Dam, Kingsland and Llano County chambers of commerce. He also served on the advisory board of Seton Highland Lakes Medical Center, the Llano County Hospital Management Board, and the board of directors of the Hill Country Community Theater. McCasland is a member of the National Association of Independent Insurance Agents and a member of the Highland Lakes Texas Exes, the American Bankers Association, the Texas Bankers Association, and the Independent Bankers Association of Texas. He attended Baylor University. Gov. Rick Perry appointed him to the LCRA Board in 2005 for a term that expires in 2011. |
