Wojciech Kucharzyk, a graduate of AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow in the faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science and Electronics. From 1976 -1991 he worked scientifically in the Institute for Electronics of AGH. In 1985 he worked as Visiting Professor in Electrical Engineering Department, Arizona State University w Phoenix, in U.S. Since 1992 Wojciech Kucharzyk has been managing the company that integrates tele-IT systems. He also deals with design engineering and implementation in the field of Customer Interaction Management. From 1997-2002 he managed the Research and Development Centre that realised advanced IT projects for American company e-Share Communications, that is world leader of systems for Call Centre. |
