Winn Van Brimer is a member of the First Advantage Recruiting Solutions Leadership Team. In this role, Winn is responsible for leading the development and execution of First Advantage's Recruiting Process Outsourcing (RPO) engagements. This includes full life cycle recruiting, report and metrics generation and tracking, process flow analysis and customization, and seamless client integration. Winn's expertise is with designing, implementing, and operating all aspects of cost effective recruiting solutions into existing staffing structures as well as start-ups. He has over 15 years of recruiting experience beginning with service as a Navy Recruiter and including IT consulting, corporate staffing, executive search, and RPO. He is a specialist in metrics tracking and analysis and utilizes these results to drive efficient recruiting operations. Some of the organizations that Winn has worked with include, GE, Heinz, Marconi, IGATE, Deloitte and Touche, and Nestle. Winn holds a degree in Mathematics and Statistics from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. (Back to top) |
