Previously Chairman and a Director of KSB Bancorp, Inc. (KSB) since its formation in 1993, Mr. Robinson became a Director of Camden National Corporation concurrent with its acquisition of KSB in December 1999. Mr. Robinson also served as a Director of Kingfield Bank (Kingfield) since 1976 and was elected Chairman of the Board in 1986. Concurrent with Kingfield’s merger with United Bank in February 2000, Mr. Robinson became Chairman and a Director of the newly formed UnitedKingfield Bank. Mr. Robinson was named a Director of Camden National Bank in January 2006. Mr. Robinson has been President of Timber Resource Group LLC, a forest products firm based in Farmington, Maine, since 1998. |
