Win has a background in property management and is a Certified Property Manager (CPM®). Win also currently focuses on Nordblom's multifamily property management work, and was instrumental in directing the development of Marion Square, Brookline's first major new luxury apartment property in a decade. Win is the President of Boston Metropolitan Chapter #4 of the Institute for Real Estate Management. |
