Wim Kok has been a member of the Supervisory Board since April 2003. From 1973 to 1985 he was chairman of the Federation of Netherlands Trade Unions. He is the former Minister of Finance (1989-1994) and Prime Minister of the Netherlands (1994-2002).
Mr. Kok is a member of the Audit Committee.
