Mr. Loo
is a director with the firm, where he practices in the areas of corporate and real estate transactions, mergers, acquisitions and divestitures, civil and business litigation as well as immigration, nationality and consular law.
Mr. Loo received his B.A. degree from the City College of New York, his J.D. degree from Rutgers University, and has practiced law in Hawaii since 1980. Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Loo was law clerk to Chief U.S. Judge Harold M. Fong for the District of Hawaii, and deputy prosecuting attorney for Honolulu County where he was a trial attorney.
He has been a member of the International Panel of Arbitrators of the American Arbitration Association since 1990, and was selected by the Best Lawyers of America for the Best Lawyers Consumer Guide. Mr. Loo has been a per diem judge with the First Circuit Court since 1995. |
