Mr. Delfino has been the acting President and Chief Executive Officer of SISTEL since January 2004, and has also served as Executive Officer of Planning, Controlling, and Administrative Offices of SISTEL since March 2000. Previously, Mr. Delfino served as Assistant to the Executive Officer responsible for the Coordination of the Committee of Investments of SISTEL from September 1993 to September 1994 and as Manager of the Investment Analysis Department of SISTEL from October 1994 to March 2000. He has also been a member of the board of directors of Paranapanema, a mining company, since April 1998. Mr. Delfino is a representative of SISTEL, and his business address is the same as Mr. Moreira's above.
